Hornbake Machine Solutions LLC is a small family owned and operated business located in South Central Pennsylvania. Top notch service, great communication, and fast response times is what to expect if you call Devin. We have a 20 year old brake press that was in need of service and was down. Every other company we called was weeks out for service. Devin was out there within 24 hours on a Saturday to get us back into production. We will use no one else to service our machinery.

We called for an assist on the Y-axis on our 12' press brake. Certain set points and CNC machine parameters are proprietary along with a more intricate knowledge required which is involved with more in-depth troubleshooting. We can take care of 99% of that work, HOWEVER it is that 1% of the time that we can not move forward. This is were Devin came in and moved us forward. he was able to discern the difference between operator error some issues with the new operator and then track down the root cause of machine malfunctioning. He also helped our new operator out in additional training and a small amount of Q&A as his time permitted. Again really great to know we have a competent expert who not only has the knowledge but the important contacts to gain the repair directives and information and the ability to apply that correctly to resolve the issue

Three other factory certified technicians came out before we called Hornbake Machine Solutions. Devin not only diagnosed the problem; he was able to provide an on-site solution that not only saved us on downtime, but the cost laundry list of parts recommended by the other companies that were not needed. His response time was great too, we called him on Wednesday evening and he was onsite the next afternoon.
